Thrive Homes Inc. is in the process of developing short- and long-term residential programs for adults with mild mental disabilities who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or lack of supportive care.

Who We Serve:

We aim to serve adults transitioning from shelters, hospitals, or unstable living environments. Many face mild mental health or developmental challenges that make independent living difficult. Thrive Homes bridges this gap by offering a future supportive home environment that emphasizes dignity, safety, and empowerment.

• 24/7 on-site supportive staff

• Individualized goal-setting and life skills coaching

• Employment readiness and job support

• Transportation assistance for appointments, activities, and community programs

• Emotional support and mentorship (non-clinical)

• Assistance with daily living activities as needed

• Opportunities for community involvement and volunteerism
